50% of payment after sketch is non-refundable UNLESS I cannot finish the order(then I'll refund that), if you accepted the final version of the art and later asked for refund - payment is completely non-refundable
before the approval of sketch any amount of changes is free, after the payment only MINOR changes are free, BIG changes are additional 2-5$ each(example: asking me to change the pose entirely when I'm already coloring)
I retain the right to use the artwork in my portfolio unless you ask me not to
